We cannot guarantee the quality of any Spectrum One Hair Extensions with certain products. Aftercare products must be purchased at the time of the hair purchase Please read our FAQs for guidance on the products which are suitable for our hair.

If you are reporting your items as faulty usually a full head return will need to be returned to our Spectrum One Hair HQ for further testing once the form has been complete.

In most cases we will then send the hair to our supplier for investigation (this can be a 3-4 week timeframe to resolve). If the supplier does not discover a fault with the hair then we will return the hair to you.

Any return without a form or accepted return sent first for us to acknowledge will be returned to the sender and no further action will be taken, no exceptions.

This form must be completed in full with images by the account holder that purchased the product. If you are not the salon / account holder please refer back to your client to contact us directly. We can deal only with the salon / account holder when communicating and inspecting any goods that they deem to be faulty.
