Spectrum One send Next Day and Saturday Delivery orders tracked and signed for via Royal Mail.

Please note sometimes there are matters beyond reasonable control outside Spectrum One’s and Royal Mail's controls which could effect delivery for such as war, acts of terrorism, extreme weather conditions, earthquakes, fire, floods, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown (including of machinery, equipment, and vehicles), any public or private road being blocked.

If this happens, we will not be responsible. However, we will always try to notify you promptly about any event which affects your order. Further details of this can be found on Royal Mail's ‘Terms and Conditions’.

International deliveries are sent via DHL and will take between 2 - 4 days depending on location. Each country has a different duty customs charge and this charge is incurred by the receiver of the product, not Spectrum One Salon Group LTD. Please check your duty cost before placing any international order.

* Once your order has been dispatched from our distribution centre we can no longer accept responsibility or guarantee performance of courier services.

* Once your order has been dispatched it is the customers responsibility to track their orders via Royal Mail.

* Orders for Next Day Delivery with Royal Mail: 98% of these dispatches are delivered on time. However please remember, the service is NOT GUARANTEED.

Therefore, any late deliveries out of the companies control e.g. staff illness, back-log of orders etc. will not be compensated to the customer. For example, delayed parcels due to adverse weather conditions, Royal Mail strikes etc. Spectrum One will not compensate for these situations.

* We advise allowing 1-2 days between delivery and client appointment to allow for any discrepancies.

* All goods must be checked upon delivery and any errors should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Any claims made after this Spectrum One will not accept responsibility for, this includes damages, shortages or incorrect goods.

PLEASE NOTE: Next day delivery only applies to orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Fridays will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on Fridays before 3pm with Saturday Delivery selected will be sent with Saturday Delivery.

SPECTRUM ONE WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONISIBILITY FOR DELIVERIES FAILED DUE TO NOBODY BEING PRESENT TO ACCEPT GOODS. ALL GOODS MUST BE SIGNED FOR UPON DELIVERY.

Deliveries are made between 7am – 1pm Monday – Friday (if Special Delivery Before 1pm is selected).

When Saturday delivery is selected any orders are delivered on the following Saturday if placed before 3pm on Friday.
