When our founder Katy Grimshaw first dreamt of opening her own salon, we don’t think even she could’ve imagined the success it would have. Yet, here we are! Spectrum One is a now an established hair salon in Haslingden gaining nationwide recognition (of course, we’re talking about our It List Awards nomination) and continuing to flourish and thrive beyond our wildest dreams! Our Spectrum One hair extensions, too, have been noticed by those with a keen interest in all things hair. In fact, they’ve actually been spotted on some famous celebrity faces that you may be interested to hear about…

Celebs and Spectrum One

Spectrum One extensions have definitely been gaining some attention from modern-day celebrities. On more than one occasion, we’ve had famous faces walk into our salon in search of longer hair, and we’re always more than happy to help them out! Check out some of the celebrities who’ve been spotted looking fabulous in our extensions.

Lauren Simon

Lauren found fame after gracing our TV’s on hit show The Real Housewives of Cheshire. She’s known as one of the more loveable, lively women on the programme and viewers instantly fell in love with her, helping her to claim true celebrity status! Since starting the show, she’s made countless TV appearances and built up a name (and fortune!) for herself. She’s also got her very own, high-end fragrance. We were thrilled with the chance to meet Lauren and add some extra length to her dark-red hair! She was just as lovely in person as everyone says.

Katie Salmon & Jess Hayes

We’ve had the chance to meet two Love Island stars through our hair extensions too! Being fans of the show, we must say this was definitely a good day at the salon. Katie Salmon and Jessica Hayes both appeared on the reality TV show, Katie in 2016 and Jess in 2015. Despite the years difference in the two girls’ appearances, they’ve become firm friends and taken part in some rather risqué escapades (we’ll leave you to search that up!). We loved meeting the girls, who were both equally beautiful and bubbly. We added some gorgeous blonde tones into Katie’s long hair whilst Jess matched her extensions to her darker hair. They both looked absolutely stunning!

Brittany Rose Hargreaves

Brittany Hargreaves is best known for representing the UK in the World Supermodel finals. So, it goes without saying that she’s jaw-droppingly gorgeous! Not only have we been lucky enough to treat this lovely lady to some very blonde hair extensions, we’ve also been working with Brittany for our campaigns. She’s been modelling our extensions for us – and we must say, she’s doing an excellent job. We couldn’t ask for anyone better!

Lisa Riley

Lisa Riley is a TV personality who’s seen great success. If we listed everything she’s done here we’d be here all day – and all of tomorrow, too! She’s certainly made a hugely successful career for herself on our screens. Most notably, she played Mandy Dingle in Emmerdale, was a presenter of You’ve Been Framed during some of its prime years and is a regular panellist on Loose Women. She was even a contestant of 2012’s Strictly Come Dancing! More recently, you may have seen her on hard-hitting show Three Girls as mum Lorna Bowen. It was an absolute honour being able to give Lisa some fabulous extensions and treat her to the length she wanted! She’s certainly a customer we’ll never forget.

So, with that many famous faces, we can officially say our Spectrum One extensions are celeb-worthy. We’re pretty proud of that! It’s not something very many companies can boast. You can take a peep at all the ladies looking their best over at our Celebrity Gallery. But, surely that status means they’re really expensive, right? Actually, no, not at all! We pride ourselves on creating high-quality, professional extensions that don’t cost a fortune. We think that every girl should have access to quality hair because every girl deserves to feel like a celebrity. It’s a testament to our product that famous faces who could afford more stick with us - it just shows that you don’t have to spend thousands of pounds to get professional extensions!
